We absolutely do our best to pack and ship with all the care your order deserves- but please let's keep in mind that we ship LIVE plants and that shipping stress may happen.  

Also please understand that situations happen where unfortunately we are and cannot be responsible and Refunds will not take place, such as: 

 *Weather Damage
 *Mail Carrier Damage
 *Unsuccessful Plant Care
 *Shipping Delays for either Express or Priority
 *Shipping Updates Unavailable by Mail Carrier 

If you are unsatisfied please provide a *REQUIRED UNBOXING VIDEO, their is a 1 HOUR WINDOW starting on the Delivery Time Stamp to submit your videos and pictures describing the issue.

Please know that at the end of the day Rock&Roots aims to provide the best service! 
And we will try our hardest to have our buyers satisfied and come to a solution if any issues arise.
